5 star service from the moment we walked through the door. Excellent room decor and size, nice bar with wide choice of lite bites available. But the crowning glory was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We shall hopefully be returning for a Christmas break
Need either a car or taxi as too far to walk to the town.

We have stayed in many hotels all over Europe and this is the best we have stayed in: We had a 6 foot bed that was so comfortable: The staff we really good, and nothing was to much trouble: The food was some of the best we have ever had: The decoration was modern and tasteful.
View from our bedroom across the hotel roof.

Stunning rooms, all very fresh. Really comfortable fee to it, welcoming.
My room unfortunately was directly near the extractor and condeners outside, which intermittently came on and off all night and consequently I didnt actually sleep that well, but my collegues room was the other side and his room was quiet. The bathroom light sensors are also not such a good idea, as when you do get up in the night the lights are too bright! Finally the water does not run away very quickly, infact it took more than an hour to drain the bath!

decor, complimentary biscuits and port drink were a nice touch. Excellent breakfast.
Room 4 was noisy but we were given a room change without any fuss. Baths as well as showers in all rooms would be nice too.

If anything a bit warm- was corrected on our rooms but in the restaurant particularly in the morning was quite warm.
